CROSS PRE-CUT PC10
The PC10 is a solution for the cross perforation tear of plastic film on a moving web . It guarantees high-quality cross tears on stretchable materials.


MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The PC10 is designed to work on partially stretchable materials like HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, and nonwoven fabric. It is ideal for creating solid and efficient pre-cuts. Cross perforation tear is a solution for creating small cuts with blades. Its purpose is to facilitate for the end-users the tearing of plastic material (i.e. easy opening to separate trash bags).
The unit operates with two rotating bars, whose synchronized movement enables the cutting of the material. On the main bar, one or two lines of blades are installed. The supporting bar hosts the material while the blades cut it. An electronic system (with an encoder with measuring wheel and photocell) sets and regulates the distance between cross perforation lines. A touch-screen panel enables control of operating settings.
The PC10 model works on a film of a maximum width of 2400mm and a thickness of 800 microns. Maximum operating speed is 120 meters/minute. The minimum distance between cuts is 300mm and it can be adjusted by Laserpin’s touchscreen control system.

The PC100 is a solution for the cross perforation tear of plastic film on a moving web . It guarantees high-quality cross tears on non-stretchable materials.


MACHINE DESCRIPTION
The PC100 is designed for the cross pre-cut of plastic film on a moving web. It is ideal for materials like BOPP, PVC, Paper, Aluminium and other non-stretchable materials. It is ideal for PE in case the required cut must be delicate. Cross perforation tear is a solution for creating micro cuts with blades. Its purpose is to facilitate for the end-users the tearing of plastic material. (Easy opening for I.e. separate trash bags, oven film, toilet paper) The unit operates with a shaft on which different kinds of blades can be installed, depending on the work required. The material passes between the shaft and a counter roller, which supports the material, allowing for a better quality of the cuts.
The unit is motorized and controlled by an electronic system (with an encoder and photocell) to adapt to the film’s speed and to regulate the distance between cross perforation lines. A touchscreen control panel enables control of operating settings (to adapt to different thicknesses, materials, and patterns). The speed rotation of the blades is automatically adjusted on the eye mark by reading the speed of the material to guarantee a high quality of the cut. When the material is being cut, the control system keeps the speeds synchronized. This feature makes it possible to produce finer and smaller cuts, reducing to the minimum the stress on the material. The minimum distance between cuts is 150mm and it can be adjusted by Laserpin’s control system.
