At seventy-five I happen to be the oldest flooring
contractor in California still working … with no employees. Since I’ve been
gradually wearing out I began a search last year for a new career that could
be managed by my dotage.
I discovered the Pinnacle
and invested in the 25 watt model of the M-Series which I purchased from

1. If I buy from 'so-and-so', how many
employees will be there for me after the sale? 1 or 2? Even 5 to 10? Or, 80+?
2. If I buy from the 'other guy', will he
have every part in stock at his facility? Or frankly, does he
even have a facility? |

About 8 months ago, I purchased a Pinnacle M-25 laser from Sign Warehouse
[Parent company of Engravers Warehouse]. After researching the other options
available to me, I decided on the Pinnacle because it represented the best
value. The Pinnacle M-25 has all the features I needed for a start up
business, and the sales staff was quite knowledgeable about their product.
The machine arrived as promised in the time frame promised. The crating was
immaculate. The machine worked perfectly the first time out of the crate and
has so far satisfied the needs of my start up company. What few problems I
did have were easily rectified by Sign Warehouse tech support over the
telephone or via email.
If
you are a hobbyist, or a start up new business, you will find the value
represented by the Pinnacle series of lasers to be a good buy. -- Chuck

Several years ago we had the opportunity to purchase a pantogragh engraver
from a friend. We supplied electrical contractors with panel tags for their
electrical panels. My wife and I began this small business just “as a
hobby”. Soon we had people calling to inquire about vinyl signage. So, we
decided to expand our business. I went online to research machines, that’s
where we came across Signwarehouse.com [Parent company of Engravers Warehouse].
Our first purchase with Sign Warehouse was a Lynx 24 vinyl cutter. We bought
the starter kit and with some help from Vinyl tech support, via the
telephone, we were up and running quickly. That year we designed and sold
license plates, banners, lettered trucks, and much more.
Due to the increased volume and growth of our customer list we outgrew our
old pantogragh engraver. So, once again we looked to Sign Warehouse. We
purchased a Venus 35 watt laser engraver. At the same time we also
purchased a heat press, a hat press, and starter kit. After having our
equipment shipped to us and familiarizing ourselves with it, we still had
unanswered questions. Eddie Larue gave me tech support over the phone and
encouraged us to fly to Sign Warehouse for additional training and to learn
all of the laser’s capabilities. After spending four hours with Eddie, I
felt very comfortable with our new laser and what it could do. Throughout
the next several months several little problems/questions arose, we were
grateful to talk to Eddie and get his advice on how to deal with these
things. It was also nice to get help from Kevin when Eddie was not
available. It seems that whatever problem or situation would come up Eddie
and Kevin always were able to walk us through it over the phone.
Because of people like Eddie and Kevin and the helpful sales staff we will
continue to purchase all of our company’s equipment from Sign Warehouse.

I would like to take this opportunity to comment on the
professionalism and competence that is displayed by the staff of SignWarehouse.com. [Parent company of
Engravers Warehouse] We have had in our shop a Pinnacle M-series laser
engraver for little over a year. When I approached the sales staff at
Signwarehouse, for information concerning the purchase of a laser engraver,
I found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by
a low key approach. There was no sales pressure, plenty of information and
an invitation to return to do business. We decided to go with the M-series,
after looking a several other laser manufacturers. The purchase and the
delivery of our laser went smoothly.
One thing that concerned me, technical support would it be there or would it
vanish soon after delivery of the machine. I am pleased to say that the
level of tech support is unparalleled in my experience. After a year of
working with our laser if I have a question, my emails or telephone calls
are returned very quickly. Emails within 24 hours, some are authored in the
very early morning hours, phone calls are usually the same day unless it is
toward the end of Sign Warehouse’s business day, then the next morning the
phone rings. The tech’s Kevin, Rob, and Eddie have gone far beyond normal
tech support. When I have a problem they have me send any information that I
can and they will come back with suggestions on how to help complete my
projects. They have been able to give instructions over the phone to answer
many of my questions. They all have hands on experience with the line of
engravers that they support, and are competent in their knowledge of both
the hardware systems and the software that supports the laser engravers. In
fact, on more than a couple occasions Kevin has offered suggestions to
remedy problems that people have had with their Pinnacle lasers that weren’t
bought from Signwarehouse. It shows their strong willingness to support the
laser engraving business as a whole.
I
would without hesitation recommend anyone that is considering buyer a laser
engraver to strongly consider the folks at Signwarehouse. I know that when I
get ready to move up and upgrade my laser it will with the folks at

As this busy holiday approaches, I want to take the
opportunity to thank you for all you have done for me this past year. When I
first began this odyssey, I had no idea what a laser could really do. I knew
that I could make a lot more money on my charms by bringing my custom work
in house, but I could not have known the magnitude of possibility that was
awaiting my discovery.
Every day I
laser more. Every day I learn more. It's a running joke at our house now
when I return from the store that I'll have something new to "laser" on.
And, each time that I do, someone in tech support at Sign Warehouse [Parent company of Engravers Warehouse] finds out about
it the hard way!
Here are
some things that stand out for me when thinking of your excellent team:
You always know
me. My phone calls are either answered immediately or returned usually
within about an hour. I know you are busy, but I get your undivided
attention.
Your friendly,
non-technical approach to technical knowledge allows me to increase my
understanding of terminology without feeling insecure about my newness in
the industry.
You have
encouraged me to try new things and most of these have been or will be
making me money!
In short: You
know your stuff!!
The laser itself, my little 600 pound baby, has got to be the BEST toy, er
tool I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I look forward to creating
new things on it daily. I am still amazed at what it can do. I priced a
few different lasers before coming to you (on a referral by the way) and I
feel that I got the best deal that I could have hoped for.
I
am building this business from one small room in my house. So far I am
managing to make ends meet on word of mouth. People LOVE the personalized
things I create and I love creating them! It's the perfect combination. It
is my most sincere hope that I can someday become the competent lasermom I
know is inside me. I know that with your team of excellent tech and sales
people behind me, I will accomplish this.
Right now my custom engraved pyrex pie pan is just about finished, so I have

My Pinnacle lasers were
plug and play. Any question or problem, technical support is second to
none. You can actually talk to a real live person for help for software or
hardware issues and hang up feeling that they do care about you and your
business. SignWarehouse [Parent company of Engravers Warehouse] wants your business to grow, as happy customers
usually are repeat customers.
So easy to use my wife
left her job with CB to engrave, now she is an expert with Photo engrave.
She is now considered to be a professional as she makes $60 and hour, that
is $1.00 every 60 seconds of laser time. I will be buying my third

I bought the Pinnacle laser engraver in November of
2003. What influenced my decision to buy the Pinnacle was the sales and
technical personnel. When I was first thinking of adding the laser engraver
to my embroidery business, I sent out inquiries over the internet. The very
next day, Daniel, of Signwarehouse [Parent company of Engravers Warehouse],
contacted me and answered my initial questions. I still was not 100% sure I
wanted to make the purchase and I was given a 'hands-on' demonstration at
Signwarehouse. All of my questions were answered to include some I hadn't
thought of. I got to "play" with the machine before I bought it.
I have been using it for
over a year. ANYTIME I have what I think are problems, I can call the
toll-free number and get a technician on the line and they always talk me
through the current "disaster" I'm having. The motherboard of my engraver
was damaged in transit and the rotary device would not work correctly. After
trouble shooting the entire system, Signwarehouse sent one of their
technicians to my place of business and not only replaced the motherboard,
but gave the engraver a complete once-over and made a few adjustments. He
even taught me a few tricks I had no idea existed. They have saved me lots
of money in products I would have otherwise wasted.
I
have recommended the Pinnacle laser engraver and Signwarehouse to any one
and everyone who has asked my opinion. These folks stand behind their
product. I have never had any problems or second thoughts about my purchase.
